Overview

In accordance with the Town's Zoning Bylaws, the Sign Review Committee reviews sign applications for signs that the Building Commissioner determines does not comply with the Town's Zoning Bylaw requirements for signs. The Sign Review Committee is also responsible for preparing, maintaining, and periodically updating or revising a Sign and Facade Design Handbook. The handbook shall contain detailed standards and requirements for advertising signs in the business district including standards or requirements which may differ with the provisions of the Town's Zoning Bylaws.
