Call the Deputy extension at 617-898-4905 between 8:15 and 9 am on the day you want the inspection done. The on duty Deputy will scheduled the inspection on the same day depending on their availability. The Deputy is on Duty and required to respond to any emergencies so the scheduled times are approximate. The Seller will need a Bank Check or Money Order payable to the Town of Milton. No personal checks or cash.
