In accordance with MA General Law Chapter 41, Section 10, on August 26, 2025, the Select Board voted to hold a Special Town Election to fill a vacancy on the Select Board.

How to Vote Early by Mail
The deadline to submit an application for Early Voting by mail is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
Election Day Voting Locations and Hours
Polls will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Voters will vote at their usual locations:
- Precinct 1 Tucker School, Blue Hills Parkway
- Precinct 2 Milton Senior Center, Walnut Street
- Precinct 3 Cunningham Park Community Center, Edge Hill Road
- Precinct 4 Milton Senior Center, Walnut Street
- Precinct 4A Milton Senior Center, Walnut Street
- Precinct 5 Copeland Field House, Milton High School, Gile Road
- Precinct 6 Cunningham School Gymnasium, Edge Hill Road
- Precinct 7 Cunningham Park Community Center, Edge Hill Road

Advance Removal and Advanced Depositing
Notice of Advanced Removal of Early Voted Ballots from Envelopes and Advanced Depositing of Early Voted Ballots will be posted in accordance with the VOTES ACT, Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, if deemed necessary.
Financial Disclosure
Town-wide candidates must file a financial report of campaign activities according to Chapter 55, Section 27,
1. Organize with the town clerk, by filing the M101 form. Even candidates without a committee file the M109 form.
2. Open a standard checking account to deposit contributions. Most banks require an EIN from the IRS to open an account.
3. In towns, file the M102 campaign finance form eight days before the election and 30 days afterward. .
4. Year-end reports are filed each Jan. 20 by municipal candidates.
