The Town will post information on this page regarding affordable housing opportunities in Milton. For opportunities outside of Milton, Boston Metrolist and  Housing Navigator MA are good resources for finding available deed-restricted affordable housing in the Greater Boston region. 

Icehouse on the Parkway (485 Blue Hills Parkway, Milton)

13 affordable condos are available through a lottery at the newly opened Icehouse on the Parkway located at 485 Blue Hills Parkway. 

SEB Housing is managing the lottery on behalf of the developer.

Overview:

This is a lottery opportunity for the thirteen (13) affordable condominiums at Icehouse on the Parkway in Milton. These 13 condos will be sold at affordable prices to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. Icehouse on the Parkway is a brand-new homeownership development conveniently located on Blue Hill Parkway, nestled at the foot of the Blue Hills Reservation, adjacent to historic Popes Pond, and less than a mile from Milton High School and Tucker Elementary School.

Open houses will be held on Thursday, October 2nd and Thursday, November 6th from 5-7pm. Attendees may park in the front parking lot and meet in the lobby. Tours of the building and of one model unit of each available floor plan will be available during the open houses.
