1. Review the DFS Smoke and CO Detection Guide for location and placement.
2. Call the Milton Fire Department Between 8:15am - 9am to schedule an inspection on the same day you want the inspection done.
3. Payment can be made via Money Order or Real Estate Check for $50 payable to the Town of Milton and given to the inspector upon a successful inspection.
A copy of the inspection (26F) will be given after payment.
