2. Bring filled out form and check to Milton Fire Department Administration (1 Engine Rd) Weekdays 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and Friday 8am-1:30pm.
Cost for Permit is $25 for installation and $25 for removal. If oil tank is underground, the fee is $200 to remove.
