Milton Parks and Recreation Town-Wide Recreational Master Plan

The Town of Milton is developing a comprehensive Town-Wide Recreational Master Plan to guide the future of parks and recreation in the community. This effort will focus on understanding current conditions, setting community-driven goals, and identifying strategic opportunities to improve recreational resources for all residents.

Through data analysis, community engagement, and facility assessments, the plan will:

• Identify deficiencies in existing recreational facilities
• Quantify demand and diversity of recreation programs
• Evaluate the capacity of both public and private facilities to meet current and future needs
• Propose schematic-level improvements to enhance recreation access and quality town-wide

Your input will be essential in shaping a more active, inclusive, and vibrant Milton.

Project Goals

The Recreational Master Plan will evaluate Milton’s existing parks and recreation facilities, assess current program participation and community needs, and identify opportunities to enhance recreational offerings. The goal is to provide strategic recommendations that ensure Milton’s facilities and programs can serve residents today and in the future.
